"I Am Now A Loyal Customer"

We had a kitchen sink stoppage and I called for service. They gave me a window of 3-6 pm. Aaron showed up just after 3, and went straight to work. He was able to clear the stoppage through the roof in about 20 minutes. Aaron is the same plumber that handled a toilet problem for us a few months ago in the middle of a downpour, and he is a terrific plumber. He’s very knowledgeable and efficient, but most importantly, he is friendly and professional. I hope this message makes it to the people running this company because Aaron is fantastic and deserves recognition for his service. He embodies the company name, “Courtesy Plumbing.” Great job. I am now a loyal customer.

I called them to fix a clogged toilet and shower drain, two separate blockages. Aaron showed up within a half hour. He cleared both drains, identified a root problem, removed the toilet and cut out the roots; all in about 45 minutes. He was friendly and courteous and left no mess. Excellent customer service. Was looking for a local Plumbing company for a clogged bathtub drain. Came across Courtesy Plumbing, the reviews were great and I called. Aaron showed up within the 1st hour after I called. The clog was a stubborn one. Aaron did not give up. It was good to see that even Aaron had the support and he reached out to a senior tech. With both of them working on it, the drain was cleared. The price was fair and it is good knowing that you get not only good techs but included is the wealth of knowledge that the company as a whole brings. Once again, Courtesy Plumbing came to rescue for me last weekend! Why do I keep using Courtesy? They are honest as the day is long. They don’t try to make up reasons to jack up the bill. "He took the time to make sure everything was working"

We have had some issues with our shower and toilet backing up. Another plumbing service has come out several times to try and fix the problem. The office staff is helpful, but the technicians don’t communicate well, don’t clean up after themselves, or let you know when they’re coming or going. I feel like they rushed through the job, as all they do is snake it, which is just a band-aid. I got a second opinion from Courtesy Plumbing, and they were great! He even resealed the toilet, to stop the leaking! The technician brought his own towels, so I wouldn’t have to use mine to clean up the wet floor. He explained everything thoroughly and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He took the time to make sure everything was working. I would highly recommend Courtesy.

Shout out to Rick! He arrived on time and was not only super friendly and knowledgeable-but obviously loves what he does! There were some tense moments – am a renter that has to pay for all repairs on a house built in ’55 w/old pipes and a shower that was evidently Frankensteined together-with parts not easily available. I got a little freaked out, but he was very patient and walked me through what my options were within my meager budget. He is an excellent example of going above and beyond in customer service. He said that there was a chance that he would have to cut the wall, but was able to do the job without cutting. I am confident that his job will last without leaks. He finished the job and double checked the work after the pipe was already pressurized with water and gave a thorough analysis of pipes around it, especially concerned about other possible leaks elsewhere. I had a sewer smell coming from my laundry room. My regular plumber couldn’t find the cause or source of the smell. He thought it was my laundry washer so I purchased a new washer and dryer but the smell was still there. I wasn’t upset about purchasing the new washer and dryer because I was planning on updating the units anyways. So I ended up calling Courtesy Plumbing to see if they could find the cause of the smell. They asked if I had a drain in the laundry room and I wasn’t sure so we moved the washer aside and there was a drain. The smell was coming from the laundry drain. Apparently, if the drain p trap is dry then sewer vapors can come up through the drain. He added a gallon of water into the drain and the smell was gone. He advised to actually add RV antifreeze to the drain because it won’t evaporate as fast, which I did and I haven’t had the smell for the last year or so. He showed me how to do it as well. Very easy fix for something so hard to find. They only charged me the initial diagnosis visit fee and it was done. Excellent work and thanks, man!
